Cream Fillings


Our Fantasia cream fillings are ready-to-use, thermostable fillings for bakery applications. Displaying excellent bake stability, they retain their colour and shape extremely well during baking. These cream products can be used as sandwich cream in many confectionery items such as Swiss rolls, biscuits and wafers.


  • mix with whipping cream to produce more stable cream
  • mix with butter to produce 'crème mousseline'
  • make a sweet pie or pastry shell
  • mix with 'crème patissier'
  • use as croissant filling
  • donuts
  • cakes

Shelf life: use within 9 months after production.
Packaging: 5 kg pails (450 kg/pallet) or 13 kg pails (572 kg/pallet)
Appearance: yellow, light brown, or brown short textured creamy paste corresponding to the flavour.
Storage conditions: guaranteed for 9 months in a dry place, between 5-25°C. Close packaging after use.
