FANTASIA MIX & GO

Concentrated neutral glaze for manual application on fruit pies, cakes, Danish and puff pastries.

Usage:

  • Thoroughly mix 1 kg of product with 300-600g of water or fruit juice.
  • Melt and bring to the boil.
  • Use at 75-90°C according to the required viscosity.
