FANTASIA FONDANT POWDER FROST

Our very fine, white powdered fondant for icing frozen pastries and desserts.
The resultant fondant provides an appealing gloss to virtually any finished bakery product. It will not stick to the wrapping either before or after the thawing process, and is freeze-thaw stable.

For icing, add approx. 135g of water to 1 kg powder and ice at 50 °C.


FANTASIA FONDANT POWDER DE

Our very fine instant fondant powder combines all the qualities of a traditional paste fondant with the inherent advantages of a very fine powder.
A perfect appearance is assured. The fondant will not crack or run down the pastries. The fondant has the advantage  of reducing moisture migration, and prevents any greasy feeling on the plate. The crystal size of < 35 μm ensures a smooth texture and mouth feel.

  • shelf life: 6 months for FROST - 24 months for DE
  • storage: avoid thermal shocks
    • For FROST: store in dry conditions (14-20 °C and max 60 % relative humidity).
    • For DE: store in normal conditions (12-30 °C max 65 % relative humidity).
  • packaging: bags of 10 kg (77 per pallet) or 25 kg (25 per pallet)
