PALMALIN 10KG PUFF PASTRY MARGARINE

  • PALMALIN is mainly used for industrial purposes in extruders on automatic lamination lines.
    Its consistency is particularly well adapted to production in cold conditions.

 PALMAFLEX 5X2KG PUFF PASTRY MARGARINE

  • PALMAFLEX is produced in plate form (5 plates of 2 kg in a 10 kg box).
    It is ideally suited to artisanal & semi-industrial production methods for croissants and other puff pastry applications.
